If you choose a live FrontDesk browser or phone demonstration, your voice and conversation text are processed by ElevenLabs to operate the AI receptionist. Browser calls request microphone permission only after you choose to start. The demo represents Luxor using made-up caller details and does not create real appointments or send requests to our production CRM. Please use made-up details and do not share sensitive information. Live website-demo calls are limited to 60 seconds. The dedicated demo agent is configured not to retain audio recordings and to retain conversation transcripts for no more than seven days. The website displays the current conversation text in memory; it does not send that text, your audio, or temporary connection credentials to website analytics. Phone providers also process calls to a demo number under their own service terms and privacy practices, and standard calling charges may apply. The sample recording is an AI-generated illustrative conversation using made-up details. Playing it does not access your microphone or start an ElevenLabs call.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, Speed Insights, and PostHog to understand page visits, traffic sources, device categories, clicks, and website performance. Both analytics services are configured to work without analytics cookies or browser storage. PostHog does not record sessions on this website and does not capture what you type into forms. Our custom conversion events contain service or page context only; they do not include names, emails, phone numbers, property addresses, or message contents.

We use submitted information to: • Respond to questions and service requests • Prepare for and confirm requested calls or demonstrations • Review property-report requests and send payment or delivery instructions • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website • Maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to operate this website and respond to requests, including Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance measurement, PostHog for product analytics, and Resend for transactional email delivery. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required. Links to residential portals, payment services, social networks, and other third-party services are governed by those providers' own privacy practices.

The property-report request form on this website does not collect payment-card information or take payment. If you proceed, payment instructions are sent separately and are handled by the payment provider identified at that time.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through these forms.
